The residence includes a 3-car garage, open floor plan, 4 bedrooms including a primary suite with a walk-in closet, freestanding tub, shower with a zero transition, laundry room, library/office, bonus room, 6 bathrooms, 2 outdoor showers, a California room, and two wood burning fireplaces. The HVAC was carefully planned to allow for vaulted ceilings in the living room, kitchen, and primary suite. A storage room was also built above the garage.
