Located on the historic Santa Monica Pier, this 680-square-foot bar and food service addition introduced a new hospitality experience within a vibrant mix of retail, dining, and entertainment attractions. The project was designed to complement the energy of the Pier while providing an efficient and inviting space for guests.
Herman Architects guided the project from schematic design through construction documentation, permitting, and bidding, coordinating the design within the unique challenges of a historic waterfront environment.
