Created by Earl Enterprises—the hospitality group behind popular brands like Earl of Sandwich and Chicken Guy!—the restaurant adds another unique culinary destination to the ever-evolving Downtown Disney experience. Behind the scenes, Herman Architects partnered with the project team to navigate the complexities of code compliance and permitting, helping transform the vision into a reality while ensuring the project met all regulatory requirements.
