Pickled Monk’s Tim McCune partnered with R.S. Herman Architects to realize a new 3,000 square foot gastropub experience in downtown Fullerton. Conceived from McCune’s first venture – a beer vending machine, Pickled Monk furnishes a full self-serve tap room in addition to their cocktail bar.
