Bidding, Construction, & Post-Construction 

The scope of our services during these phases is discretionary.  The architect plays a crucial role in creating an atmosphere of professionalism and responsibility.  Responses to contractor and subcontractor requests for information and to the owner’s concerns must be prompt, informed and thorough.  The relationship of the owner, architect and contractor should be one of mutual respect based on a clear commitment to the project.

  • Preparation of Bid Form and Invitation to Bid
